“Eden, would you put about… 10 eggs in a pan?”

“Sure!” She walks away. Moments later, she’s back. “Crack them, right?”

“No! We need to hard boil them.”

Disappointment. “Oh.”

We just about had scrambled eggs for supper instead of potato salad to take camping. Whew. That was close.
